Knee Pain

Hello mates! Now I am going to write my first post in English (I'm kind of scared), but I will try my best!

This post is written to show a useful web site (Knee Pain Explained), where we can find some information about knee pain. This site links with the previous post, where we discussed a case about a woman (Federica) who suffered from arthritis. But, what can we find in this web site?
Patient with knee pain.In this site there are loads of information about knee pain that can be used both for patients and physiotherapists or different health care professionals. It has eight sections, starting with the diagnose of the pain and ending with some useful information about knee anatomy. We can find also some exercises to decrease and prevent knee pain and information about different knee diseases.

I found this site beneficial for patients, because they could have some information about their diseases as well as they could remember what they can or can't do due to it. Although it is better to follow the instructions that the doctor gives to them because sometimes what we find on the internet is not reliable. Anyway  this site is useful as long as the patient has an accurate diagnosis of his or her pain, so they can follow some of the instructions without taking the risk of doing something wrong.
